Bhaktapur also known as Bhadgaon or Khwopa is an ancient Newar city located in the east side of Kathmandu valley, Nepal. Also enlisted as a world heritage site by UNESCO, it is known for its rich newar culture. The wooden and stone sculpture are one of a kind and can mesmerize anyone.
A metal sculpture of the lion "simha/ singha" in one of the many temples in Bhaktapur durbar square. So i realized the city is rich in art; be it stone, metal or wood work. The magnificence radiate through every nook and corner of this city.
